Product Overview

It is a two-component spraying quick-setting rubber asphalt waterproof coating. Component A (main agent) is made by mixing anionic synthetic rubber emulsion, emulsified asphalt emulsion, and various chemical additives. Component B (accelerator) is a suspension with rubber as the continuous phase and gypsum as the dispersed phase, featuring high alkali content and low single-axis viscosity, suitable for spraying construction. Component B is an aqueous solution prepared from metal salt-based electrolytes.

Performance Characteristics

• Excellent Crack-Bridging Ability: The product has a tensile elongation exceeding 1000%, a tensile strength of over 2MPa, and a retention rate higher than 95%, capable of adapting to substrate deformation and solving stress-induced cracking problems of waterproofing materials.
• High Bond Strength: On a dry and clean base, the bond strength with concrete is no less than 4.0N/mm, and no less than 2.0N/mm with wood and metal, enabling firm adhesion to concrete, wood, and metal surfaces.
• Good Self-Healing: It has strong self-healing for punctures, cuts, and abrasions, and excellent adaptability to uneven, rough, or sharp substrates.
• Durable Film Formation: After film formation, it forms a high-strength waterproof membrane, exhibiting outstanding resistance to puncture, impact, and weathering.
• Superb Chemical Resistance: It has excellent acid, alkali, and salt resistance. When exposed to acid, alkali, or salt environments for 168 hours, the tensile strength retention rate reaches over 95%, and the tensile elongation exceeds 1000%.
• Wide Temperature Adaptability: It boasts good high and low temperature resistance. It won’t sag at 180℃ and remains flexible without cracking at -15℃, suitable for waterproofing in high-temperature industrial areas and cold regions.
• Strong Water Resistance: After film formation, it can withstand a water pressure of up to 3MPa without leakage.
• Convenient Construction: It can be applied on damp (non-water-standing) bases. The film forms quickly after spraying, shortening the construction period and reducing costs.
• Environmental Friendliness: No solvents are used in production and construction. It is non-toxic, odorless, with no waste, gas emissions, or pollution, ensuring safety and environmental protection throughout.
• Outstanding Anti-Aging: It contains anti-ultraviolet agents and a high proportion of functional molecules, maintaining good performance after artificial accelerated aging and ultraviolet treatment.
• High Safety: No open flames are required during construction. It can be reapplied before curing without affecting the deformation safety and reliability of the waterproof layer.

Scope of Application

Suitable for waterproofing projects like building roofs, basements, tunnels, and utility tunnels; maintenance of new and old roofs; and waterproofing in projects where open flames are restricted.
