Critical Application Guidelines

1. Substrate Preparation

   • Concrete surface profiling (CSP 3-4 per ICRI 310.2)

   • Minimum 70% design strength attainment (ACI 318)

2. Environmental Conditions

   • Ambient temperature: 5-35°C

   • Relative humidity: ≤85%

   • Prohibited during precipitation or if rain expected within 10h

3. Special Area Treatment

   • Expansion joints and scuppers require primer + reinforcement fabric

   • Crash barrier bases need 150% coating thickness

4. Curing Protocol

   • 48-hour traffic prohibition after application

   • Protection against sharp objects during curing
