Product Overview
This advanced self-adhesive asphalt waterproof tape features an international formulation designed for joint sealing. Composed of polymer-modified asphalt with a polyester or fiberglass reinforcing carrier, it is coated on the upper side with polyethylene film, fine sand, or aluminum foil, and protected on the adhesive side by a release paper. The tape offers excellent self-adhesion and flexibility, enabling simple, pollution-free installation. Available in both strip and roll configurations, its design and application vary according to project requirements.
Applications
Complex structural sealing: Ideal for wear-resistant repairs, ship hatch seals, grain silo closures, building expansion joints, and steel structure lap joints. Effectively prevents leaks caused by roof corrosion or fastener loosening due to contraction/vibration.
Versatile waterproofing: Suitable for roofs, basements, bathrooms, vertical surfaces, pipelines (excluding hot pipes), bridges, and other complex environments. Especially recommended for fire-restricted sites (no open flames/sparks permitted).
